About
My real estate experience as a real estate owner, investor and realtor goes back 30+ years . As owner of the Power of 3 Real Estate (RE) brokerage I personally enjoy working with buyer and seller clientele in Northern CO, and Laramie County WY in addition to supporting and leading Realtors in the brokerage. Power of 3 RE clientele come from a wide variety of backgrounds to include the first-time buyer, individuals that are upsizing or downsizing primary residence, investment property, recreational & commercial properties and land/lots in the mountains and plains.
I pride myself in setting the standard for high levels of customer service and grow my business by developing relationships built on trust. Realtors in my office are held to the same standards and I am confident in their ability to meet client’s real estate needs.
As a personable, professional, and enthusiastic Realtor, I utilize my experience, education and negotiating skills along with the best networking and marketing available in the industry to meet and exceed YOUR needs. Steve’s been in real estate in one form or another for 2 and a half years. He moved to CO from NJ in 2016 and hasn’t looked back since. He graduated from Rutgers University in 2013 and since then, has worked in a variety of fields including restaurants, banking, and now real estate. Outside of the office, you can find Steve biking around town, playing tennis, snowboarding, going to concerts, or going to a local brewery.
The thing that I love most about being at Power of 3 is how close knit it feels. This definitely starts at the top with Cathy and works down into the other agents and staff in the office. It’s not only a brokerage, it’s a fun place to work and interact with colleagues where we’re able to brainstorm together and come up with creative solutions.
